Cork County Public Participation Network (PPN) is a network of community, voluntary, social inclusion and environmental organisations, working to build better communities across the county. Cork County PPN has more than 400 members and includes community-based groups, organisations, associations, clubs, societies and charities. They work to empower the community to be represented in decision making processes that impact citizens through representation on Council committees, consultation processes, policy submissions and more.
Our task was to create an engaging website where County Cork PPN Members and the general public could easily find resources, stay informed, and become involved in community events and Linkage Group meetings. The website’s bespoke design is responsive across mobile and desktop devices. It was developed in WordPress, leveraging HTML 5, JavaScript, and the latest Bootstrap 5 framework. The bespoke theme is based on the Roots/Sage starter theme, pre-processed with Webpack, Scss, and Blade templates.
Neo-Archaic were recommended by several other PPNs and after having just completed our new website with them, I would strongly recommend them too. Karina and Martin are a pleasure to work with. They are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and professional. They brought vast experience to the process and guided us along the way. In fact they continue to guide us and are always very quick to respond to any questions we have. We now have a website that looks great, functions perfectly and is adaptable to future needs as we can make edits ourselves thanks to their excellent training. Thank you Karina and Martin for all your work!
